Indemnification from Liability
The Advertiser is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the advertisement, and/or any material linked to through the advertisement. The Advertiser represents and warrants that the use, reproduction, distribution, or transmission of the advertisement will not violate any criminal laws or any rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, such violations as infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, music, image, or other proprietary or property right, false advertising, unfair competition, defamation, invasion of privacy or rights of celebrity, violation of any anti-discrimination law or regulation, or any other right of any person or entity. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify Linx4sale.com and to hold Linx4sale.com harmless from any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, or causes of action, including reasonable legal fees and expenses that may be incurred by Linx4sale.com, arising out of or related to the Advertiser's breach of any of the foregoing representations and warranties.

Limitation on Damages/Liability
In no event will Linx4sale.com be liable to the Advertiser for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages for the use of Linx4sale.com or any other hyperlinked web sites including, but not limited to, lost profits or revenue, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present, whether based on breach of contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not Linx4sale.com has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Any amount paid is not refundable except in the event that we do not display your ad or reject your text link ad for any reason. Payments for approved ads are strictly non-refundable. Linx4sale.com reserves the right to refuse advertising requests for any reason as stated in the "Right to Refuse" clause.

Applicable laws
This Agreement is governed by the laws of state of Pennsylvania, except for its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in the York County, Pennsylvania.

Changes to the Web site
Linx4sale.com may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this web site, including the availability of any features of this web site, at any time and without notice. Linx4sale.com also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove any portion of these terms in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
